New Food Life (NVA), a non-profit project developed by the Spanish Society of Community Nutrition (SENC) in collaboration with the Spanish Heart Foundation (FEC), the Spanish Nutrition Foundation (FEN), the Scientific Gastronomy Group (GGC), the platform linked to food and the primary sector www.qcom.esin collaboration with other scientific and business entities; has launched a new decalogue that offers a series of healthy recommendations to overcome the last summer of the pandemic in our lives.

The arrival of the summer solstice causes, on many occasions, that appetite leaves aside the healthy dishes and changes them for more refreshing and less beneficial foods and drinks for the organism, which causes us to destabilize the food profile in a santiamen.
