The event, organized by Happy " Healthy Institute, has held its second edition in Barcelona with a record of attendance. More than 220 attendees the first level of the human resources and job security sector have been present in the Madrid and Barcelona editions to learn from a 100% practical perspective how to attract millennial talent and how to integrate healthy business programs into their organizations.
The seminar has been established as a space for knowledge, experience and good practices to experience and understand how healthy business can help generate tangible value and results in organizations. The event aimed at RRHH, Risk Prevention Work and Management has had a great welcome.
Throughout a day, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., more than 12 speakers from experts, managers or professionals, both from Spain and internationally, from startups, SMEs or large companies, have offered attendees their professional vision of work well-being programs. A trend that is experiencing an ever-increasing implementation in organizations.
The protagonists of the event were the founders of the Happy " Healthy Institute, the speakers and representatives of the CTAIMA, Technip FMC, LVMH, DKV Seguros, ELIX Polymers, Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG, Mango, Grifols, Refruiting and Andjoy; but also the same participants, who, through a close and open format, could interact from the very beginning with all the speakers and professionals. In their interventions they made it clear that healthy business programs play a key role in any of the human resources processes today. The opening was carried out by the Founder of Happy " Healthy Institute and CEO of CTAIMA, Iolanda Gatell. In his presentation he explained what it is and what is not a healthy company. In turn, he stressed that “the main causes of failure of labour welfare projects are to start actions without a pre-awareness phase and address many goals at the same time.”
Sara Vela, from Happy " Healthy Institute, gave the keys to design and customize an initial diagnosis that allows us to know what aspects are to improve and the strengths of any healthy business project. In addition, he emphasized that, in addition to the benefits and ROI, the consequences that could arise from the fact that there is nothing to do about stress management, low productivity, high absenteeism, high rotation of equipment, etc.
Throughout the event the attendees could ask and interact with the different professionals, as well as see actual data presented. They were also able to live in first person a stress management and relaxation session by Carla Sánchez, The Holistic Concept and enjoy a healthy breakfast by Refruiting.
