Spinach is one of the vegetables with a more interesting nutritional contribution. With 23 kcal each 100 g, a more than interesting percentage of proteins, vitamins and minerals, is one of the great stars of the winter. Called “green gold”, it is more than in potassium to banana, even cooked. The contribution of magnesium is also more than important, as is its content in alpha-lipoic acid, highly beneficial in diabetes control. This recipe is made at a time, it is also a very simple recipe to prepare and has a soft flavor that will like everyone. The kiln stalling gives you the most appetizing aspect. Ingredients:

  • Two clean chicken breasts.
  • A bag of fresh washed spinach.
  • A ricotta or requeon jar.
  • Cheese for gratin.
  • Freshly ground black pepper.
  • Get out.
  • Extra virgin olive oil.
  • Sweet paprika (optional).

Preparation:

One. In a large skillet, pour a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil and a bag of spinach. Add freshly ground salt and pepper to taste.

Two. When a few minutes pass and the spinach has been reduced, add the ricotta or requeon.

3o. Move well and rectify salt and pepper if necessary.

Four. Make some cuts to the breasts, put salt and pepper and stuff with the mixture of ricotta and spinach. You can put some sweet ground paprika on top of the breasts.

Accompanied by some potatoes, white rice or a little salad, it is a perfect dish and you will have ready in half an hour.
