Chamomile Tea

Chamomile tea is very useful in relieving the symptoms of sciatica. Its anti-inflammatory properties relax the muscles, reduce the tension on the sciatica nerve and bring relief in the pain. Boil one cup of water and add a teaspoon of dried chamomile to it. Steep for five minutes then strain the infusion and drink this tea three times daily.
