Frinsa proclaimed the winner of his Talent contest in Conserva last October at the fair of the Gourmets 2021. The event was chaired by a jury composed of relevant characters in the gastronomic world: Pepe Solla, chef with Michelin star and owner of Casa Solla restaurant, Alejandra Ansón, expert in gastronomy and co-founder of the gastronomic cabinet Ansón Y Bonet, and David Ramos CEO of Klimer, a leading company in the distribution of culinary and hospitality materials
Last October, Frinsa participated in the 34th edition of the fair Gourmets Hall 2021, the most important food and beverage fair in Europe and one of the events of the year for professionals in the sector. The conservera company, as in previous years, had a striking design stand where its customers could see and taste their offer of sea products in gourmet conserve.
On 19 October, Frinsa celebrated the expected final of the recipe contest for culinary students “Talents in Conserva 2020”which had to be cancelled due to the pandemic situation of last year. The finalists of this edition were:
1. Mireia Cuadrado García de la Escuela de Hostelería del I. E. S. Gregorio Prieto, con una reproducción de Pavo in almond sauce
2. Andrés Sánchez Molero del I. E. S. Gregorio Prieto, with a Chicken Tzatziki Cómo buscar y encontrar un número de teléfono fijo por nombre y apellidos
3. Alicia Calzón de IES Diego de Praves with some Melon raviolis filled with salmon in cava sauce
The event was chaired by a jury consisting of relevant characters in the gastronomic world such as: Pepe Solla, chef with Michelin star and owner of Casa Solla restaurant, Alejandra Ansón, expert in gastronomy and co-founder of the gastronomic cabinet Ansón Y Bonet, and David Ramos CEO of Klimer, a leading company in the distribution of culinary and hospitality materials.
They recall that the participants had a total of 45 minutes to make the necessary preparations in kitchen, pack 4 presentations and answer the comments and questions of the jury. After intense and narrow deliberation, the winning recipe was the Pollo Tzatziki, produced by Andrés Sánchez Molero, whose flavor and blend of textures succeeded in conquering the jury. In addition to the participants and the jury, the event was attended by the Frinsa team as well as many other curious ones who approached the stand and were able to enjoy a tasting of Frinsa products after the end of the event, always respecting the COVID regulations issued by the organization of the fair. Remote viewers were also able to witness the event, which was transmitted live through the company's social networks.
With all this Frinsa, together with three other intense days of fair, closes their participation in the Gourmets Hall as a real success loaded with experiences, new contacts and projects to keep improving and always keeping ‘’ the best of the sea’.
