With this recipe we will prepare the apple pie without adding the flour , a classic dessert suitable also for allergic celiacs to wheat flour.
It seems impossible to make a cake without flour, but I assure you that the result is really spectacular and the cake will have a soft and light texture.
- 250 g of potato;
- 3 eggs;
- 130 g of sugar;
- 200 ml of milk;
- 80 g of butter;
- a pinch of cinnamon;
- 1 over yeast powder;
- 3 apples;
- The juice of 1/2 lemon.
We washed the apples well and dried them with a clean cloth. Peel them perfectly, then cut them into four parts. We remove the central petiole and the seeds, then cut 6 pieces in fine slices while the rest rallied with a fruit grater.
Get a smooth pulp and book, while the slices are mixed with lemon juice and left apart while preparing the dough. Disfraces para niños y adultos
In a bowl, pour eggs and sugar and, with an electric blender, start working until they are soft and very sparkling. Now add the stool of a potato together with the yeast and continue to mask the dough continuously.
Starch and yeast should be added gradually, waiting to mix a small amount without forming grumes before adding more. Now add the cracked apples and butter, always without mixing. Finally, we add the milk and a pinch of cinnamon and love the dough a few more minutes.
We take a cake mold, we bind it with butter and bake it, then we see the mixture freshly prepared in it. We will level it well, then place the apple slices on the surface in an orderly manner, placing them in a circle.

We baked the cake and let us cook about 35/40 minutes to 180o in static mode. Before turning off the oven, let's check that apple pie is perfectly cooked by testing it with a stick.
