How to prepare the Green Banana Soup

This recipe yields for two or three people.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Green bananas

  • 1 Kg celery (green)
  • 1⁄2 Kg de Auyama (Calabaza)
  • 1⁄2 Zanahoria mediana
  • 1 Cebolla grande
  • 1⁄2 Red paprika
  • 6 garlic teeth
  • 1⁄2 stem of Cebollín
  • 1⁄2 Garlic Garlic Heel
  • 1 Cylantro stem
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

Preparation:

Before preparing the soup, finely cut 3 garlic teeth and reserve them. In a chop board, once peeled bananas, cut them on wheels and put them to fry 3 minutes on both sides to soften.
