These are some of the conclusions of the Herbalife Nutrition Annual Panel - developed together with the market research company Instituto IO Sondea- which in its 16th edition has placed the focus on the changes of habits of the Spaniards in 2020 versus 2019.

The study was conducted through interviews with a sample of 2,023 people between the ages of 18 and 65 from across the country, selected in proportion to the quotas of sex, age and Autonomous Community according to INE.

The Spaniards have revealed that staying so long at home in 2020 has motivated them to learn new recipes (65%), buy more fresh products (63%) and look more at food composition and labeling (53%), aspects that affect the overall quality of nutrition.

More activities at home and less leisure
