Since April 20, the digital training of its athletes will be resumed, a personalized training will be sent weekly and 3 sessions will be conducted online differentiating two categories: Triathlon School (8 to 12 years) and Triathlon Stadio Junior (13 to 23 years). Totum Sport will continue to be a sponsor of the club: in addition to providing its supplement for athletes made from seawater, it will teach nutrition and hydration, healthy habits, rest and emotional health

 

With routines up, the big question is how to resume the activities that were previously performed at 100% in a face-to-face way. This unknown needs an answer from all sports clubs, whose athletes can't like to leave in stand by your training. Aware that sports practice continues to be in the order of the day and the problem of wanting to do it today, andl Club Triathlon Stadio Alicante has begun with its adaptation measures and since 20 April it has resumed digital training.

The club, which trains triathletes of the area for more than 10 years, wishes facilitate all possible tools so that your athletes can group their training and be prepared for the moment the competitions resume.

The sessions will be held differentiating two categories:

Triatlon Stadium School:
Directed to children aged 8 to 12
They're fixed. 3 in-person sessions (through video calls) a week, where they will train all together various motor skills without material or with home accessories such as backpacks or water bottles, always taking into account the reduction of space at home. Noticias de la Sierra de Cadiz

Triatlon Stadio Junior:
Dedicated to train boys and girls from 13 to 23 years old,
will take place 3 weekly (videollamada). In 2 of them they train various motor skills without material or with home implements, where the development of force, flexibility and prevention of injuries will be prioritized. Finally, the third session will consist of a roller biking training.

Regardless of group or age, custom trainings will be sent per week to each athlete so you can perform the solo exercises on days when you have not logged in. Plus, every 15 days, an individual session will be held to follow up each of them.

Both categories in these sessions they will perform a group dynamic to see how the recovery takes and training during confinement and subsequent confinement and will be scheduled at any of the sessions performing respiratory exercises with or double objective: improve lung capacity without the need to move the body, as well as learn to relax and control anxiety and nerves.

Totum Sport will continue to be a sponsor of the clubin which, in addition to providing its product – supplement for natural sportsmen, made from sea water-, It will teach nutrition and hydration classes and healthy habits, rest and emotional health in confinement.

Those responsible for these sessions will be Isaac López, Director of Marketing and Communication Laboratories Quinton and technical director of the club – professional triathlet (ITU), triathlon trainer (FETRI), Biathlet European champion and has performed more than 50 international tests-, and Quique de Gomar, main club coach – Level III triathlon trainer (FETRI), active triathlet, in addition to Bachelor of Physical Activity Sciences and Graduate in Human Nutrition and Dietetics.
