  • Slowly and slowly, tilting the head in backward direction would help in toning up the muscles of shoulder and neck. Make sure that you feel some pressure on your neck. While tilting the head at the back, you should move your jaw in both left and right directions. All excess fat from the face and neck would be gone with the help of this remedy.
  • Opening up the mouth wide is a very good way to get rid of excess fat from the cheeks. Open the mouth wide and wait for around ten seconds.
