The Analyze Quality Group, following its commitment to training and advice in all aspects of food security, organizes the eleventh edition of its Days of Quality and Food Safety, of an informative nature, that they try to be a focus of discussion and knowledge, to exercise as a link in the entire food chain and to improve in this way, the quality and safety standards that consumers demand daily.
This year's slogan, “Customer”, aims to highlight the enormous effort made by all people who work in the food industry to provide consumers with safe and quality products. This slogan will serve as a guide at the 6 selected headquarters, integrating Food Industries, Distribution Chains, Administrations, Research Centers, Consulting Companies, Laboratories, Certification Companies, Hygiene Products, Universities, etc., which work every day to improve Quality and Food Safety Systems and thus guarantee the health of consumers.
As in previous occasions, the meetings will be held in various localities where various topics of relevance of these sectors will be discussed. This eleventh edition will take place in the following cities and dates: Madrid (21 September), Barcelona (7 October), León (21 October), Vigo (9 November), Valencia (23 November) and Burgos (16 December). bacterianutritiva.es
This eleventh edition of the Days of Quality and Food Security will maintain the same model of meeting, with days in the morning hours, which will bring together 7 experts from different sectors of the food. Assistance will be mixed, presenceal with limited capacity and on-line, through live broadcasting.
The company MicroPlanet, specialized in the supply of products and services for the laboratory and industry, in collaboration with other companies and institutions related to the sector, will sponsor and participate one more year, in those days, as solidarity with an event of outreach and meeting point among professionals of the sector. It will participate in the sessions that will be held in Barcelona (7 October), Valencia (23 November) and Vigo (9 November), where the presentation will take place ‘Autocontrol of surface hygiene: The first step in food security’, by Jessica Pernia of the technical department of MicroPlanet.
