This wonderful remedy comes in use to treat many ailments. If you want to control the symptoms of gout, then this might be the right remedy. The internal environment of the body of a gout affected person turns acidic.

Apple cider vinegar moves the pH scale towards alkalinity and hence, reduces gout symptoms. It can be taken in diluted form by mixing 2 tbsp. of the vinegar in a cup of water. Or mix 2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar with two tbsp. of honey.
