About Silvia Mirabet
Silvia Mirabet is Technical in Businesses and Tourist Activities. He studied cooking and pastry training at the Hofmann Hostelry School and participated in the creation and development of the Cookiteca company, where he held culinary theme events. Simultaneously it was formed as Sugarcraft Artist in the USA and England.

After a radical change in her diet, shed more than 20kg and having studied the Teacher’s Training with Montse Bradford, she was instructed as a therapist at FAC, the Alternative Therapeutic Center of Catalonia, performing the complete training of Holistic Naturopathy. She is a health and nutrition counselor, provides cooking workshops and therapeutic techniques aimed at health prevention.

In his previous book ‘Sweet, health and emotions‘ showed how to make a substantial change in food, modifying certain habits to avoid the effects of sweets made with additives and ingredients. With 58 recipes, he showed that it is possible to take care of and enjoy delicious dishes without being blamed.
