Quinoa Wok and mushrooms shiitake

 

 

 

Quinoa is one of those wonderful foods that has given us nature: it contains all essential amino acids and vitamins, and also provides a high dose of protein. It is cooked very easily and quickly (in just 5 minutes), but it is necessary to wash it previously in cold water.

This quinoa wok is delicious and you will have it ready in less than 15 minutes. I love vegetables, but sometimes, for a change, I add a little protein, in my case, that I don't take chicken, Heüra, like the one you see in the photo, or marinated tofu and iron with a few drops of olive oil. The mushrooms shiitake are a basic in my kitchen. In this case I have used very good shiitakes, but you can replace them with your favorite mushrooms.

 

To cook this quinoa rice and mushrooms you will need:

– 100 gr of well washed quinoa with cold water;

– some cabbage leaves;

– a cut onion in strips;

– a large carrot cut into pieces or strips;

– three mushrooms shiitake;

– green asparagus cut into small pieces;

– a few pieces of Heüra or tofu marinated and iron to taste (optional);

– a medium carrot (about 70 gr);

– a garlic tooth;

– freshly ground black pepper;

– 50 gr extra virgin olive oil;

– soy sauce ( mine without gluten);

– water;

- Get out.

One. Cut the onion into strips and carrots.

Two. Wash water and whiten the green asparagus for three minutes. Listen to them, cut the asparagus stem into small pieces and leave the tip. Reserve. Serviços de finanças

Four. In a large skillet or a wok, pour the extra virgin olive oil and, when you take temperature, onion, carrot, chunks of asparagus and garlic (cut in small dice), salt and pepper. When the onion starts to take color, add cabbage leaves and shiitake mushrooms cut into strips. Raise the fire and drown for a minute.

Five. Add the soy sauce and cook over high heat a couple of minutes to integrate all the flavors well. Serve and enjoy: in less than 15 minutes you will have a very rich and healthy dish that surely becomes one of your favorites.
