Some industrial ice creams contain Jarabe de Maíz de Alta Fructosa (JMAF)), which has been controversial for its health effects. Also, in this type of ice cream they use air to increase volume, but decrease quality.

The artisan contains natural products, without industrial intervention. Therefore, they make contributions to health, thanks to the kindness of their products, for example: those that are made from yogurt or milk, cover up to 15% of the daily calcium our body needs. They also contain less fat and sugar.
For its part, industrial ice creams offer flavors based on chemical processes, containing synthetic dyes and added, which can be harmful in our organism. They also contain a lot harmful fat and refined sugar.
