IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL CRISIS
I had finished my studies at the Beaux-Arts in the middle of the economic crisis and while I was looking for a job for “my thing” (an almost impossible challenge), I decided to open a blog to teach people how to do nails simple but elegant. designs and reviews nail polish and other beauty products.
Nailistas was born in 2012 as a nail blog, at that time nails had great importance boom and thanks to a lot of daily effort, the blog grew to the point of winning the 20-minute newspaper award.
Many brands then contacted me to present their products and even El País Editions He suggested that I write a nail art book. I do not believe it !
THE PATH OF THE ENTREPRENEURIAL ANT
Absolutely everything I had at that time was invested in my big dream: creating an online store. I wanted to create my own nail polish collection and sell the products I liked the most. Imagine the dizziness of starting up!
The store was super small, with few SKUs and I made my own nail polishes by hand at home. I compared the base, pigments and glitters, then bottled and labeled them.

Over the years, I moved to permanent enamels, a great change that I'm glad I made. My nails like it because I have thin, supple nails and classic varnishes don't last long. Then I found a wonderful supplier and was finally able to make my dream come true: my own nail polish collection.

To this day, I still maintain the spirit and values that led me to create Nailistas: teaching people how to use the products and creating elegant, simple nail designs that anyone can achieve at home.
