Valencia is the sixth most veggie city in Spain, according to the 2020 Animanaturalis study. The Valencian Community is the third most vegan entrepreneurship in Spain. Malila Coffee celebrates its inauguration on Friday, April 22, coinciding with Earth Day

Valencia increases the veggie offer thanks to the arrival of Malila Coffee, a new meeting place for vegetarians, vegans and lovers of vegetable gastronomy.

 

In the ranking prepared by Animanaturalis, international NGOs, from the most vegan cities in Spain, Valencia is 6th in the podium with 5.6 restaurants for every 15,000 inhabitants. Data are crossed with applications such as Tripadvisor and HappyCow. In the study of the University of Comillas with The Vegan Agency, the Valencian Community is the third community of Spain with more vegan entrepreneurship.

Yulviani Prado, his CEO, highlights the project: “Malila comes up with the idea of creating a more inclusive gastronomy for everyone. We smoke vegetarian and vegan food with innovative elements. “Malila is orchard, creativity, flavor and cooking hours. It is passion, it is to go in search of a sustainable food that generates a positive impact on the planet”, concludes Prado.

The menu has been prepared by the experienced creators of Two Many Chefs who will be present at the opening event this Friday presenting the dishes to attendees.

 

From Malila they work to create community, so they join in collaborating with the event the craft beer of Girona BDeGust with their wheat beers, laggers and IPA. The sweet note to meet is put on the local pastry Ljubi.

Event information
Inauguration Malila Coffee from 8pm on Friday, 22 April, on the occasion of the celebration of Earth Day in Carrer de Pérez Pujol, 10 Valencia. The first half hour will be low* for the attendees and then there will be live music by The Covers Unmasked.
