Splints: Splints are useful in order to immobilize the dislocated elbow and the entire injured arm. The splint is usually kept for 2 weeks after the injury, and the front splint is removed after another one week.

Rehabilitation exercises: After the proper care of the injured joint, rehabilitation exercises should be continued in order to ensure protective strength, stability and range of motion to the injured arm.
